Welcome to our new site!

We have redesigned our site to offer you more functionality, more interaction and a better user experience in general.

As a result of changes in our underlying web engine, historical information regarding your previous orders and user accounts won't be available online.
We do have all your customer history in our internal systems at our main offices and call center, but you will need to create a new account online the next time you place an order.

If you had any unused credit left with any gift certificates, send us a request and we will re-issue a new Gift certificate code for the remaining balance on your old certificate.

Our RMA form has changed, now you will be able to select directly from your order the item or items you want to return. This new functionality will apply to online orders placed after July 11th 2008. For RMA requests related to orders placed before, you will need to fill a regular contact form with your request or call us on the phone.

In the coming months we will be adding more and more features to the site to improve your experience at HotFash.com
