HotFash.com, please read on.
We ask that you fill out this basic information form to
qualify you for wholesale purchases from us. We require
this step in order to confirm that you are a business entity
qualified to purchase wholesale. We appreciate your interest,
but please fill this form out only if your intention is
to buy under wholesale conditions for market resale.
Normally a reseller license issued by your state is sufficient proof.
If you are in a state that does not require a sales tax
ID, we will accept other forms of proof such as a Yellow Page listing,
a local business license, business cards with letterhead, a voided business check
or a website set up for business. Although that could delay the approval of your submission.
We reserve the right to refuse those submissions that don't comply with this criteria.
We will then send you an email with instructions on how
to initialize your account with us as a merchant reseller
for immediate use. The password you create in the following
form will then unlock a special access site that will be
described in the email you will receive once approved. Note that we do not provide ecommerce fulfillment services
or online order fulfillment management at this time.
We honor a very strict Privacy Policy; whatever information
you supply to us will be kept completely confidential.
